Jane is an adult education specialist, widely recognized amongst her peers as one of the best experts in the field of continuing professional development (CPD) and lifelong learning. She has an extensive background and expertise in faculty development, continuing professional education & learning, instructional design and program evaluation.
Currently, Jane also works as a part-time educational consultant with the Office of Continuing Education and Professional Development, Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto, Canada, as well as with the Canadian Anesthesiologist Society.
Jane has also been the Learning and Coaching Consultant for Precision (Personalized) Learning, Assessment and Leadership Development initiatives since December 2016.
Jane has worked with several Canadian associations, including, but not limited to, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, the College of Family Physicians of Canada, the Canadian Rheumatology Association, and the Canadian Anesthesiology Association.
Jane is a frequent presenter at many national and international educational meetings and is well known for her skills in educational design and facilitation.

> Winner of Best Article, Journal of Continuing Education in the Health Professions.
> Elected to the board of directors for the Alliance of Continuing Medical Education.
> Creator (with others) of Essential Skills in CEPD course for the Association of Medical Educators of Europe.
> Co-chair of the CPD committee of AMEE (Association of Medical educators of Europe).
